How is my nanny paid if I haven’t received the bank testing?

The bank testing is essential to completing the payroll setup with Nanny Lane. Once you complete this step, YOU'RE READY FOR PAYROLL!

While you wait for the deposit and withdrawal, the payroll team can calculate the NET PAY for you to pay your nanny directly. Tax payments will be collected from you once the direct deposit setup is completed and payroll pays your nanny.

Alternatively, if your nanny is willing to wait for the setup of your account to be completed,  payroll can process all the payments via direct deposit with the retro payments on the first pay.
