How can families change their banking information?

It's essential that you update your bank account so your payment to the nanny will not be interrupted. If you have a new bank account, please follow these steps: 

1. Complete a new Bank Authorization Form

2. Send us a copy of your new bank information. If you use online banking for the account, you may have access to a 'Void Check' or 'Direct Deposit Authorization Form'. This would show the bank name, account holder name, routing number, and account number.

3. After we have all your forms and information, you’ll see a deposit and withdrawal from your bank account for a random amount between $0.01 - $0.99 with our partner’s name, NATPAY. You will receive an email letting you know when the test is scheduled to occur. Please respond to the email with the amount updating the subject line to “Bank Verification” as soon as you see this.
