It's essential that you update your bank account so your payment will not be interrupted. If you have a new bank account, please follow these steps:
1. Enter your banking information from your Nanny Lane account here: Banking account change for nanny
2. Send a copy of your new bank account to payroll@nannylane.com by following these steps:
- If you use online banking for the account, you may have access to a 'Void Check' or 'Direct Deposit Authorization Form'. This would show the bank name, account holder name, routing number, and account number.
- You can then password-protect your banking information by adding a password and attaching the protected document (we advise sending a password in a separate email to the payroll team)
A confirmation will be sent that the banking information was received.
