You will receive the required tax forms before the Federal deadline in January. Families will receive a Schedule H form, a W3 and a copy of the nannies' W2, while nannies will receive the W2 form.
These tax forms will be emailed with a password that will be communicated once the tax forms are sent to the email address on file.
As we securely send these tax forms to your email, we encourage you to update your email and physical address if any changes were made within the year of service with Nanny Lane. These updates should be sent to payroll@nannylane.com
Tax documents will be sent to everyone with payment processed within the year of service, regardless of active membership.
