How do I update my profile to nanny share?

Log into your account

Under the 'Families' tab on this page: https://www.nannylane.com/dashboard/recommendations.

Once you find a good fit, you can invite them to a share by tapping on 'Invite to Nanny Share' at the top of their profile.

If they accept your share invitation, your profiles will be merged into a nanny share profile that shows 2 families.

You'll both still have your individual logins, but now you'll be able to have group conversations while searching for a nanny to provide share care.
