How do I track my nanny’s hours?
Tracking your nanny’s hours is entirely up to you! Many clients use a spreadsheet or a calendar, and some even use free time tracking apps. You can use the method that you're most comfortable with.
How do I submit my nanny’s hours?
You will receive an email reminder from the payroll team one week before the pay date. Please don't hesitate to reply to this email if you want the payroll team to process something other than the default hours you indicated during the registration process.
You have until the next business day at noon (12 pm) Eastern Standard Time to respond. If you do not reply, your nanny will be paid the default hours.
If a change needs to be made, you can send an email to payrolll@nannylane.com
Please note that if this change is made after the deadline, payments will appear on the following pay cycle.
