How do I delete my profile?

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Nanny Lane account, please read the following carefully — account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

⚠️ Important Information

• Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed.

• If you choose to return in the future, you’ll need to create a new account using a different email address and phone number.

• If you are a payroll customer, you will lose access to your online payroll documents, including year-end tax documents.

• Deleted profiles may still appear in Google search results for 1–4 weeks. This delay is controlled by Google and is not within our control.

🗑️ How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly, by following these steps:

1. Log into your Nanny Lane account

2. Go to My Profile

3. Click Update Settings

4. Select Delete Account

5. Choose a reason for deleting by using the dropdown menu

Once complete, your profile will be permanently removed from our platform.
