You have the option to cancel your PLUS subscription anytime through two methods.
Option 1:
Simply follow this link https://www.nannylane.com/settings/billing. Please note that you can only cancel your subscription if you have an active PLUS membership.
Option 2:
Log into your Nanny Lane account and follow these steps:
1. Go to "My Profile".
2. Click on "Update Settings".
3. Click on "Billings".
4. Select "Cancel Subscription".
It is important to note that cancelling the PLUS membership means multiple benefits will be lost.
When families cancel the PLUS membership, they lose multiple benefits, including:
- Recommended candidates from your hiring assistant
- Ability to manage and track your candidates
- 20% more profile views from featured profile
- 5 background checks
- Payroll processing, withholdings, and tax filing
When nannies cancel the PLUS membership, they lose multiple benefits, including:
- 20% more profile views from featured profile
- Early access to future new jobs
After you cancel your subscription, you will receive an email that will include the date when your subscription will expire. You will still have access to all PLUS membership features until the expiration date. This means that both nannies and families can continue to use the PLUS features during this time.
